Thank you for trusting your medical care to Full Bloom Pediatrics. Although, we understand that circumstances may arise that do not allow you to keep your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. This will allow us time to schedule other patients which need to be seen. Due to the increased number of no show/short notice cancellations, we have found it necessary to implement a fee.

EFFECTIVE 04/01/2024

• Any established patient who fails to keep, or does not cancel their scheduled appointment without 24 hours notice, will be charged $50.00. A warning letter will be sent to the patient after the first no show for a well child exam. After the second no show appointment, the patient and siblings will be dismissed from the practice.
• A 2-hour cancellation notice is required if the appointment is for a sick visit, or a $25.00 fee will be charged.
• If a patient is 10 minutes late to their appointment without notification, the patient will not be seen and will be charged $50.00.
• The fee is charged to the patient, not the insurance company and is payable upon receipt of their statement.
• Any new patient who fails to keep their initial visit will not be rescheduled.
• As a courtesy, our office sends a text message appointment reminder 1 week prior to the appointment and the day before the appointment. Please confirm with a Yes, Reschedule or Cancel. If we do not receive a confirmation by 4:30 the day before your appointment, it will be cancelled.
• We understand an unforeseen emergency can occur and you may not be able to keep your appointment. If this is the case, please contact the office manager.
